Standard service is available from 6:00 to 22:00 on working days and from 8:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

With the addition of Modem / Ethernet connectivity, “AIDA remote assistance” can diagnose and resolve many issues online, resulting in reduced downtime and expense for customers. In those cases where a technician needs to visit the customer’s site, this is done in the shortest possible time using the closest available technician.
