Main job responsibilities
– Carries out the unloading and loading of goods in transit
– Loads the data relating to the Bills of Lading into the incoming management system, checking the correspondence between the order and the Bills of Lading itself
– Verifies and checks that the material actually received corresponds to what is indicated on the relevant Bills of Lading and conforms to the relevant Purchase Order; in the event of discrepancies, is responsible for preparing the SNC (Non Conformity Report) and forwarding it to the appropriate person in accordance with Company procedures (Procurement, Planning and Quality)
– Performs a general dimensional check of incoming raw material, indicating on each piece the weight, drawing, job order, destination and any order number
– Manages the preparation and packing of incoming material (excluding complete machines)
– Manages the preparation and placement of material in the specific job order warehouse and picking operations in the management system
– Carries out the annual inventory
Requirements
– Experience in cargo handling
– Experience in handling goods (loading/unloading, storage, picking)
Education
– Forklift training

– Ability to work in a team
– Attention to detail
– Reliability and punctuality
