Accessibility Statement
AIDA S.r.l. is committed to making this website as accessible and usable as possible for everyone, regardless of ability or technology used.
Accessibility is an ongoing process: we therefore regularly monitor the website using automated tools and technical checks to identify and address any issues.
This statement describes our approach and current level of compliance with the main international reference standards (WCAG 2.1 – Level AA).
Current Compliance Status
The website is being continuously improved.
Some elements may not yet fully comply with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Non-compliant areas are listed in the Accessibility Report automatically generated by our assessment system.
Assessment Methodology
As provided for by EU Implementing Decision 2018/1523, the assessment is carried out through:
- periodic automated analysis using a tool based on Google Lighthouse / PageSpeed Insights;
- manual technical checks of the main pages of the website carried out by AIDA S.r.l.;
- progressive manual checks.
The person responsible for the website has confirmed that manual checks have been performed. Any supporting documents are available in the Documentation section.
Commitment to Improvement
We are continually working to update the website, correct identified non-compliances and improve the browsing experience for everyone.
Updates are planned and implemented based on the annual report and feedback received.
The identified areas of concern and the reasons for them are listed below.
1. Disproportionate burden
Fully adapting some parts of the website would entail excessive organisational, financial and technical burdens in relation to the resources currently available. AIDA S.r.l. remains committed to progressively improving accessibility.
2. Third-party content
Some elements (maps, external widgets, embedded content) are provided by third parties and cannot be modified directly by the website owner. We are committed to seeking alternative solutions and informing providers of the need for improvements.
Feedback and Contact
To report accessibility problems or request content in alternative formats, please contact us by email at: info@aida-europe.com
Please describe the problem, the affected page and how the issue was detected. We will respond within 30 working days.

-
1.3.1 Info and Relationships: Heading elements are not in a sequentially-descending order
Properly ordered headings that do not skip levels convey the semantic structure of the page, making it easier to navigate and understand when using assistive technologies. Learn more about heading order.
-
3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: Form elements do not have associated labels
Labels ensure that form controls are announced properly by assistive technologies, like screen readers. Learn more about form element labels.
-
Elements with visible text labels do not have matching accessible names.
Visible text labels that do not match the accessible name can result in a confusing experience for screen reader users. Learn more about accessible names.
-
Links rely on color to be distinguishable.

-
2.4.4 Link Purpose: Links do not have a discernible name
Link text (and alternate text for images, when used as links) that is discernible, unique, and focusable improves the navigation experience for screen reader users. Learn how to make links accessible.

-
Select elements do not have associated label elements.
Form elements without effective labels can create frustrating experiences for screen reader users. Learn more about the select element.
-
Touch targets do not have sufficient size or spacing.
Touch targets with sufficient size and spacing help users who may have difficulty targeting small controls to activate the targets. Learn more about touch targets.
-
`<td>` elements in a large `<table>` do not have table headers.
Screen readers have features to make navigating tables easier. Ensuring that <td> elements in a large table (3 or more cells in width and height) have an associated table header may improve the experience for screen reader users. Learn more about table headers.
Improvement Plan
AIDA S.r.l. commits to:
- Schedule priority actions for the issues listed.
- Monitor third-party content and request improvements from providers where possible.
Additional Information on Accessibility Support Systems
We are integrating the accessibility widget to provide users with additional tools to personalize their browsing experience. This module allows users to adapt the website to their needs — by improving readability, adjusting contrast, changing text size and enabling other useful features — to make the user experience more inclusive.
The widget complements the website’s technical optimizations and does not replace the work involved in checking, correcting and improving the site.
