Supervisor of Facility Management
Main job responsibilities
– He/she is responsible for preventive, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the buildings, of all plant systems (electrical system, compressed air, black and white water collection, purification system, air conditioning and thermo-hydraulic system, alarm system), machine tools and internal lifting and transport equipment;
– It carries out oil changes in the hydraulic parts of the machines, feeding them with grease, changing emulsions and extraordinary cleaning of the tanks;
– Develops scheduled maintenance plans in direct collaboration with the Supervisor of Facility Management;
– Makes maintenance records together with updating the technical archives of production equipment;
– Supports the Supervisor of Facility Management in the management of external consultancy companies and in the management of the activities of external companies, checking the work performed and intervening in the event of non-compliance;
– Supports the Supervisor of Facility Management in managing relations with public supervisory and inspection bodies (ASL, Fire Brigade, etc.);
– Supports the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service in drawing up the risk assessment document and assists him/her in implementing the safety plan.
Level of experience
– Previous experience in the role in manufacturing companies, preferably in the engineering sector;
– Reading mechanical drawing, electrical and hydraulic diagrams;
– Use of measuring instruments and tools: gauges, testers, torque spanners, current clamps.
Education
Qualification or graduation in technical field
Computer knowledges
– Knowledge of PLC at a diagnostic level;
– Good knowledge of the Office package.
Language skills
Basic knowledge of English appreciated
Transversal skills
– Ability to work in a team;
– Organisation and accuracy;
– Reliability.
