About Us
We are a small but ambitious branch of an international company, currently consisting of three people. To support our growth and operational needs, we are looking for a proactive and responsible new team member. This role is a unique opportunity to shape our presence in the Czech market, combining project coordination with business development responsibilities.
We value trust, independence, and reliability above all. The right person will be capable of working with minimal supervision, taking ownership of their work, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving new business opportunities.
We are looking for someone with the intelligence, drive, and sense of responsibility to grow into the role quickly. We understand that developing full expertise across all areas may take up to a year.

Key responsibilities
– Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
– Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
– Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts.
– Maintain accurate inventory records and manage timely deliveries.
– Support customs clearance processes, including preparing and coordinating required documentation.
– Prepare detailed cost estimates and professional quotations for clients.
– Manage purchase orders (creation, tracking, and execution) with a high degree of accuracy.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
– Understand customer needs and promote our company’s services and solutions.
– Actively contribute to acquiring new business opportunities to support growth.
– Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, customers, and customs authorities.
– Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across all stakeholders.
– Maintain accurate records of projects, logistics, quotations, orders, and customer interactions.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Anticipate and resolve operational, logistical, or customer-related challenges.
– Proactively improve workflows and processes where needed

What we’re looking For
– Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and trustworthiness – able to work effectively without close supervision.
– Solid organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
– Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written).
– Previous experience in project coordination, sales, or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory – we are ready to provide training, especially in logistics processes.
